【個(gè)人簡介】
陳瑞冰,,天津大學(xué)藥物科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院教授,。2005年畢業(yè)于北京大學(xué)化學(xué)與分子工程學(xué)院獲得學(xué)士學(xué)位。2009年畢業(yè)于美國威斯康星大學(xué)麥迪遜分校獲博士學(xué)位,。主要研究方向是腫瘤蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué),。曾獲天津市“131”人才第二層次、天津市青年科技優(yōu)秀人才,、天津市青年人才托舉工程等人才稱號(hào),。目前已發(fā)表SCI收錄學(xué)術(shù)論文四十篇,,其中第一/通訊作者論文21篇,多篇論文發(fā)表在組學(xué)領(lǐng)域國際高水平期刊Nucleic Acids Research和 Molecular & Cellular Proteomics上,。作為項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人主持國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃子課題及國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目等4項(xiàng)國家級(jí)項(xiàng)目,,并主持天津市自然科學(xué)基金等省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目5項(xiàng)。現(xiàn)任中國質(zhì)譜學(xué)會(huì)理事,,及多個(gè)國際期刊審稿人,。
【報(bào)告內(nèi)容簡介】
癌癥是來源于上皮細(xì)胞的惡性腫瘤,是嚴(yán)重影響人類健康的重大疾病,。與正常細(xì)胞相比,,腫瘤細(xì)胞獲得了一系列特殊的生物學(xué)特性,例如持續(xù)增殖的能力,、抗凋亡,、激活血管生成、向周邊組織浸潤及發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)移,。這些特性與腫瘤細(xì)胞內(nèi)部生命過程的變化密不可分,,這包括基因組的不穩(wěn)定性、細(xì)胞代謝的改變以及炎癥等等,。蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)是近二十年快速發(fā)展起來的分子生物學(xué)檢測(cè)技術(shù),,是高通量、定性,、定量檢測(cè)蛋白質(zhì)分子及其化學(xué)修飾的重要方法,,為我們了解腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展的調(diào)控機(jī)制、尋找新的治療腫瘤的有效手段提供了必要手段,。本報(bào)告將介紹癌癥的生物學(xué)特征,,簡述調(diào)控腫瘤進(jìn)展的重要生理過程,進(jìn)而介紹蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展及其在探索腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展機(jī)制及臨床診療方面的應(yīng)用和研究進(jìn)展,。

Lecturer: Ruibing Chen
Ruibing Chen is a Professor at School of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology of Tianjin University. She graduated from Peking University in 2005, and obtained her PhD in Analytical Chemistry from University of Wisconsin at Madison in 2009. Research in her laboratory is focused on developing and implementing proteomics strategies to gain new insights into the molecular mechanisms regulating tumor development and progression. She has published 40 peer-reviewed scientific papers in top journals in the area of proteomics. She is now a committee member of the Chinese Society for Mass Spectrometry, and she serves as a reviewer for many international journals.
About the Lecture:
When normal cells evolve progressively to a neoplastic state, they acquire a succession of many hallmark capabilities, such as sustaining proliferative signaling, evading growth suppressors, resisting cell death, activating invasion and metastasis, etc. To better understand cancer biology is crucial to discover novel therapeutic anti-cancer strategies. Herein, I will firstly introduce these hallmarks of cancer, and then highlight the current progress in proteomics, and how we use proteomics strategies to study the mechanism and clinical phenotypes of cancer.
